Transitions and life stuff are NORMAL! All can create stress, anxiety or depression. All can trigger old stuff you haven’t dealt with yet.

No one will get out of this place alive without encountering a mental health hiccup. Here’s a statistic for you, in the United States, almost half of adults (46.4 percent) will experience a mental illness during their lifetime. That number only accounts for diagnosed mental illness but not for simply needing some support to get through a bit of life muck. The human need for support is 100%.

Almost anything that happens in life can be a catalyst for someone to seek counseling/therapy.
