HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Professionals all over the world experience what they label as stress, confusion or anxiety associated with their work. I have worked with professionals from the corporate arena, those in startups and entrepreneurs of all sorts. Common issues they bring to me, desperate for resolution, are anxieties related to decision making at work, stressors that are inherent with leadership positions and the impact that all of the above are having on their relationships, families and, ultimately, their day to day satisfaction with life.

About your coach 

Working with high performing professionals has always been one of my favorite parts of my career. I fell into this role because of where my office is located and the clientele my business attracts. Turns out, my personal and professional history is attractive to high performing professionals because I understand the culture. I grew up working in family owned businesses, built my own business from the ground up and my psychological training ties it all together into a set of skills that will help you reach your own goals. I am naturally positioned well to help people like you identify and resolve issues that cause instability in work-life balance and general satisfaction in life. I take a practical and individualized approach to how to get you from point A to B.
