Denise Fattic
PLPC Counselor
Welcome!
We are all born with traits, tendencies and vulnerabilities that are then influenced and shaped by our experiences in the world. Sometimes those experiences can leave us feeling misunderstood, ashamed, or even alone. Through a collaborative therapy relationship, I believe we can work together to unpack the impact of our experiences, reflect on who we are, and recognize the strength we have to become the person we want to be.
I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of modern life. With firsthand experience in maintaining a relationship, parenting in the age of social media, and balancing a corporate job, I understand the unique challenges these roles present. I believe that self-reflection, though sometimes daunting, is a powerful tool for uncovering the answers we seek.
Our work will be led by you, the client. You will set the goals, and I will use attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy, CBT, and mindfulness to provide support and encouragement as you begin to examine the areas of your experience that may be keeping you “stuck.” My approach is compassionate and client-centered, focusing on creating a safe and supportive environment for personal growth and healing.
Together, we can work toward finding the clarity and resilience needed to thrive in all aspects of life.
