Henry Wynd
Intern Counselor, Clinical Staff
I am a professional coach and clinical mental health counselor in training who helps individuals clarify their direction, reconnect with their values, and create sustainable systems for meaningful growth. My approach blends the humanistic foundations of Person-Centered Therapy with a solutions-focused framework—helping clients move from insight to action without getting stuck in the problem.
Before entering the counseling field, I spent several years coaching high-performing professionals and former athletes through major life and identity transitions. I’ve seen firsthand that real progress comes when people learn to trust themselves again, define success on their own terms, and take purposeful steps toward the life they want to create.
In my work, I strive to cultivate a grounded, collaborative space where clients feel both supported and challenged. Whether someone is navigating change, redefining purpose, or seeking alignment between who they are and how they live, my role is to help them uncover clarity, confidence, and forward momentum.
