Megan Wootten
PLPC, Counselor
I understand how isolating it can feel to be disconnected from your true self, especially for those who have faced hardships and challenging childhoods. My goal is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, process your experiences, and move toward healing.
I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, OCD (from an I-CBT lens), depression, trauma, neurodiversity, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and emotionally focused, integrating somatic tools to support nervous system regulation. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, I help my clients build self-awareness, reconnect with their emotions, and develop greater self-compassion.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I am here to support you every step of the way. If you’re ready to start your journey toward healing and self-discovery, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
