we understand the feeling of being stuck

We have been the guide towards a happy life for thousands of clients, for over a decade. Join the community of satisfied individuals and couples.

Psychotherapy Services

One-on-one sessions focused on your goals, your timeline, and your wellbeing. We work with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, stress and burnout, addiction, eating disorders, and other mental health conditions — helping you build real coping skills and lasting change through approaches tailored to you.

We offer specialized support across a wide range of concerns, including:

Couples & Marriage Counseling

Relationships take work, and sometimes they need outside support. Our licensed therapists and counselors offer couples therapy, marriage counseling, premarital counseling, and communication counseling using research-backed methods like the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

Family, Child & Adolescent Therapy

We want you to enjoy your family and get past the grind, surviving day to day. Our therapists work with children, teens, and parents — offering family therapy, child counseling, adolescent therapy, parenting counseling, and behavioral therapy for children in a safe, age-appropriate setting.

Online Therapy & Specialized Mental Health Services

Not everyone can make it to our Clayton office, and that’s okay. We offer telehealth therapy and online therapy for clients, along with specialized services including LGBTQIA+ therapy, women’s mental health counseling, and postpartum therapy.

What Sets Greenway Therapy Apart

The Right Match, Every Time

We take the time to connect you with the therapist best suited to your needs, not just the next available one. Our team has diverse specialties, so whether you need trauma-focused care, support through a major life transition, or help rebuilding a relationship, we have someone who is genuinely well-suited to help.

Methods That Are Backed by Research

Every approach we use, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, the Gottman Method, emotionally focused therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy, has been studied and validated through clinical research. You deserve more than vague reassurances; you deserve a clear plan with measurable progress.

A Practice Built on Relationships

We’re not a large clinic where you’re a number. We’re a team of real people who genuinely care about the work we do and the clients we serve. Whether you’re coming in for individual sessions or exploring group therapy options, that warmth shows up from your very first phone call.

Common Questions

How do I start?

Our process is simple.

1- Decide if making the change is worth it.

2- Take responsibility and take action.

3- Call us to set an appointment.

4- Build skills and perspective.

5- Live differently.

What does therapy cost?

Our goal is to create value that exceeds cost. Our promise to you is that you will get out of therapy what you put into it. !00% of people that put in the work reach their goals. That’s priceless.

What's the difference between a psychiatrist and a therapist?

A therapist, also referred to as a counselor, is a mental health professional who provides talk therapy — this includes LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCs and PLPCs. Most hold a master’s degree or doctorate in counseling, social work, or psychology. A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who focuses on diagnosing and treating mental illness, often through medication management. Greenway does not provide medication management.

Do you offer telehealth or online therapy?

Yes. We offer telehealth therapy for clients. Sessions are conducted through a secure video platform and are available to both new and existing clients.

How long does therapy usually take?

You are choosing to do the work to build a sustainable life. You will make a transition from spending a lot of time on patterns that consume your life to spending more time on the things you want to spend time on. Change does not happen over night but rather by small changes over time, but it certainly doesn’t take forever.
