I am deeply committed to cultivating an authentic connection with clients, rooted in their lived experiences and vision for their life. I am committed to focusing on strengths and building resilience with clients as they work through their individual healing and growth process.
I am informed by a myriad of therapeutic approaches, coming from a culturally competent, trauma informed care perspective. I am informed by family systems models, principles from attachment theory research and explore health from within the “whole” person; mind, body spirit.
Specific modalities employed when working with me range from: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, solution focused interventions, mindfulness practices, and acceptance and empowerment practices.
My aim is to support individuals into awareness and to encourage the resolution of emotional experiences and the deepening of mental clarity.
